The Division of Tourism, Culture and Transportation partnered with the Buccoo Village Council to launch the inaugural “Buccoo Passport” initiative earlier today (November 28th).
The Buccoo Passport Community Tourism initiative gives visitors a choice of seven activities to participate in while in that community, including a Buccoo Reef Tour, entertainment by the Buccooneers Steel Orchestra and horseback riding.
The launch is in keeping with the Tourism Division’s schedule of activities under the sub-theme “Strengthening our Tourism and Cultural Product through Sustainable Partnerships,” as part of Caribbean Tourism Month.
The Buccoo Passport is a highlight during the island’s cruise ship season. The launch took place at the Tower of the Buccoo Integrated Facility.
