The training programme for members of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) Executive Council, inclusive of Assistant Secretaries, continued at Rovanel’s Resort, Crown Point on January 6th and 7th. The training included sessions on Financial Management, Rules and Accounting Practices, the Functions of the Legislature and the THA Act, and Updating Tobago’s COVID-19 response.
