The Studley Park Enterprise Limited (SPEL) is preparing to export Tobago’s rare andesite products to the region.

Guyana will be the first recipient of the exported dark, fine-grained, brown or grayish volcanic rock.

The company should receive its export license in two weeks according to a release from SPEL.

In July and August, SPEL pursued the upgrade of its mooring infrastructure to make way for safer and more efficient docking and loading of vessels at the Barbados Bay Jetty (BBJ), Studley Park.
