THA Chief Secretary Orville London greeted veteran Comrade Michael A Hector during the Remembrance Day Parade. Hector is the last known surviving Tobago World War II Veteran. He was attached to the Third Battalion B Company in Trinidad. Hector, 93, attended the Remembrance Day Ceremony at St James Park, which was hosted by the Office of the Chief Secretary,Tobago House of Assembly.
