The Library Association of Trinidad and Tobago will host an Intellectual Property (IP) workshop on September 28 at the Scarborough Library Facility 9 a.m.
The lecture will target librarians and library and information assistants attached to the Tobago Library Services. This will create greater awareness in libraries about the importance and impact of intellectual property and related issues.
Presentations will be made by Richard Aching and Laloo Ramlal of Intellectual Property Office, Ministry of the Attorney General and Legal Affairs. The lecture is one of the eight activities the Tobago Library Services has planned to observe International Literacy Day 2018.
