The Chief Secretary’s Tobago Secondary Schools’ Art Competition 2019 is extending its deadline for the entry of art pieces to Wednesday (October 23, 2019).
The competition allows students to showcase their creative talent.
Each year, more than $30,000 in prizes is distributed to 12 finalists. Students can submit their art pieces in several formats including digital media, acrylics, tempera, and oil on canvas. 47 students entered last year’s competition that showcased the creative talents of some of the island’s youngest artists.

This year’s competition is supported by the Division of Education, Innovation and Energy, Division of Sport and Youth Affairs, and Division of Tourism, Culture and Transportation.
