The Division of Community Development, Enterprise Development and Labour held its Emancipation Day Celebrations today with staff having the opportunity to display their traditional African garments.
The Division’s Courtyard was transformed into an African Village, with the construction of a runway, being strut on by employees who were themselves fashion models for the afternoon, much to the enjoyment of those present.
Traditional food and clothing was also on sale on the compound.
