The Down Syndrome Family Network’s World Down Syndrome Day Conference was held at the Magdalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort yesterday (March 20, 2017) in observance of World Down Syndrome Day. The theme for this year’s Conference was in keeping with the United Nations’ theme for the year, My Voice My Community – Enabling people with Down syndrome to speak up, be heard and influence government policy and action, to be fully included in the community.
