Secretary of Tourism, Culture and Transportation Councillor Nadine Stewart-Phillips presents Akel Quashie of Parlatuvier Anglican Primary school with the winners trophy.

Kymani Sandy of Plymouth/Bethesda Pan Sensation and Aliyah Brooks of Speyside High School receive the trophy from Secretary of Tourism, Culture and Transportation Councillor Nadine Stewart-Phillips as joint winners in the under 21 category.

The Tobago Junior Pan Competition was held at the Signal Hill Secondary school on Monday (February 5).
