The prize winners from left, third placed Kershel Pierre, winner Kezia Franco, Presiding Officer Dr Denise Tsoiafatt Angus, Clerk of the Assembly Sharon Irvine-Combie, and second placed Mahkees Henry.

The Assembly Youth Debate took place on Thursday (December 7, 2017) as part of the Tobago Day celebrations at the Assembly Legislature Secretariat, Scarborough.
