On Tuesday (September 12, 2017) , the Division of Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment marked the commissioning of works at the Roxborough Administrative Complex with a sod-turning and tree planting exercise. The project is being managed by the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (UDeCOTT).
