Tourism Minister and MP for Tobago West Shamfa Cudjoe, a past student, present Kymoi Noray with the most outstanding all round student award. Noray also received an award for the most outstanding sport student and the Concrete Rose award for female student which Cudjoe sponsors.

Assistant Secretary in the Division of Education, Innovation and Energy, Assemblyman Marisha Osmond, a past student of Signal Hill, presents a special prize to Kyrion Ramsden for her excellence in Track and Field and Visual Arts.

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education Lenor Baptiste-Simmons delivers the feature address.

It’s graduation season. On Tuesday (July 4, 2017), Signal Hill Secondary School held its graduation ceremony for students completing their academic lives at the learning institution.
