The Tobago House of Assembly signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) on Tuesday (September 5, 2017) with the Mt. Pleasant Credit Union and the Water and Sewage Authority (WASA) to help provide a much-needed sewerage treatment system in southwest Tobago. The Mt. Pleasant Credit Union will handover its maturation ponds at Bon Accord, to be maintained and expanded by WASA in accordance with the MOA objectives, which include protecting the eco-system.
