1st runner-up, Nalia Taitt, representing the Buccoo Academy of Performing Arts, receives her award from First Citizens’ Manager of Retail Banking, Kurt Headley.

2nd runner-up, Shanice John from the Goodwood Police Youth Club, receives an award from First Citizens’ Assistant Manager (Canaan Branch) Arlene St Louis-Brathwaite.

Moesha Bruce,representing the village of Moriah, won the Miss Tobago Heritage Personality 2019 competition. The event took place at the Shaw Park Complex on July 26, 2019 and is part of the Tobago Heritage Festival.
