The Tobago Jazz Festival kicked off on Thursday night (April 25, 2019) with Jazz on the Waterfront at the Scarborough Esplanade. The life acts included the band Rebel, soprano Leandra Head, Sharlan Bailey—son of the late calypso great Mighty Shadow—and reggae artistes Isasha and Tobago-born Caleb Hart.
