The Tobago Jazz Experience opened on Saturday night (April 21, 2017) with “Jazz in the East” at the Speyside Recreation Ground. A large crowd gathered at the venue to see a host of local artists, as well as reggae sensation, Grammy-winning Morgan Heritage.
