His Excellency, Mexican Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago, Victor Hugo Morales Mélendez, paid a courtesy call on THA Chief Secretary Hon. Farley Augustine on Friday (February 3rd).

During the visit, the Ambassador presented the Chief Secretary with a miniature sombrero and the Chief Secretary presented him with a local sculptor by Collins and Lerelynne Andrews-Toussaint of One Love Arts. The courtesy call took place at the Shaw Park Complex.
