Chief Secretary Kelvin Charles visited four primary schools in his district of Black Rock/Whim/Spring Garden earlier today (April 30, 2018), where he presented Standard Five students with SEA (Secondary Entrance Assessment) supplies, along with advice and encouragement for their big day. The schools were Black Rock Government Primary, St Nicholas Private Primary, Pentecostal Light and Life Foundation Primary and Whim Anglican Primary. The national exam takes place on Thursday (May 3).
