THA Chief Secretary Kelvin Charles and Secretary of Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment, Kwesi Des Vignes are in China for the China-Latin America and the Caribbean (CLAC) International Exposition in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China. The trip included attending the launch on Thursday (November 9) of the Hengqin China-Latin America Economic and Trade Cooperation Park in southern China’s Guangdong province, which should boost economic ties between China and Latin American countries. The trip was on the invitation of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China.
