THA Chief Secretary Kelvin Charles and Secretary of Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment, Kwesi Des Vignes met with representatives from the China Railway Construction Company Limited (November 12). The THA representatives are in China, having travelled for the China-Latin America and the Caribbean (CLAC) International Exposition in Zhuhai. The Scarborough General Hospital was constructed by China Railway Construction Company Limited and opened in December 2012.
