Youth to get Disaster Training
Youth from north east Tobago will receive training to help them respond to emergency situations in a bid to improve the island’s disaster readiness. The Tobago Jazz Festival kicked off on Thursday night (April 25, 2019) with Jazz on the Waterfront at the Scarborough Esplanade.
