The Division of Settlements, Urban Renewal and Public Utilities has distributed grants to  Tobago’s homeowners totaling TT$11,053,000.00 for fiscal 2018-2019. On October 14th, Secretary Clarence Jacob distributed grants to 18 recipients, inclusive of the Home Improvement Subsidy Programme and Home Completion Programme at the Division’s Rockley Vale head office.
