The Tobago Jazz Experience is more than just music. It’s also about film. This year, the Tobago Jazz Film Festival debuted at the event. The Festival included a training workshop for Tobago filmmakers at the Shaw Park Complex on Saturday (April 22), which was facilitated by playwright/actor/director Michael “Tony” Hall.
