Chief Secretary Visits Schools on Opening Day

Monday (September 4, 2017) marked the opening of primary and secondary schools on the island. THA Chief Secretary Kelvin Charles visited several schools to encourage the students at the start of the new academic year. Charles is also Secretary of the Division of Education, Innovation, and Energy.

Independence Day 2017

Tobago celebrated Trinidad and Tobago’s 55th Anniversary of Independence with the 2017 Tobago Independence Parade. The Parade began at the Bacolet Ground (next to the Dwight Yorke Stadium) and proceeded along the Claude Noel Highway to Gardenside Car Park in Scarborough.
