CEDP 2.0: Redoubling the Effort. Volume 1

The Comprehensive Economic Development Plan (CEDP) for Tobago 2013-2017 (or CEDP 2.0) has as its point of departure the experience of its precursor, the CEDP of 2006-2010. There is the unanimous view in the revisit of that plan, that it was comprehensive in so far as all the actionable variables were addressed, and it provided a robust platform in undertaking the transformation of the economy of Tobago.
