Chief Secretary Kelvin Charles led a school tour yesterday (May 1, 2017) to meet Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) students and wish them good luck ahead of Thursday’s (May 4) SEA exam. Charles, who is also the Secretary of Education, Innovation and Energy and a former school teacher, visited the Whim Anglican, Black Rock Government, Pentecostal Light and Life Foundation and St Nicholas Private primary schools, where he interacted with students and presented them with stationery for the exam.
