Three new health committees are up and running after receiving their instruments of appointment earlier today (May 2, 2017) from Secretary of Health, Wellness and Family Development Councillor Dr Agatha Carrington at the Administrative Complex, Calder Hall. They are the Research Ethics Committee, the Facilities Review Committee (Homes for Older Persons) and the Facilities Review Committee (Homes for Children). They will monitor medical research, care of the elderly and children’s homes on the island respectively.
