The Office of the Chief Secretary advises the public that works will be carried out on its Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, located at the Calder Hall Administrative Complex tomorrow, Tuesday 19 May, 2020 from 1:00 p.m.  As a result, there will be neither telephone nor internet access at the Office of the Chief Secretary’s buildings at the following departments and locations:

1. Human Resources; Protocol; Chief Secretary’s Office; Planning; Chief Management Accountant – Naresh Persad Building, Scarborough
2. Chief Administrator’s Office; Information Department; Property Management – Smithfield Plaza, Smithfield, Scarborough
3. Legal Department – Phillip’s Building, Scarborough
4. Accounts Department – Upstairs Unit Trust’s Building
5. Printery – Sangster’s Hill, Scarborough
6. Airport Relocation Office – Taxi Coop Building, Old Milford Road, Canaan
7. Information Technology; Procurement; Internal Audit; Land Management – Spring Garden Office Facility

The Office of the Chief Secretary apologises for the inconvenience and assures the public that every effort will be made to have systems functioning by Wednesday 20 May, 2020.
