Service Excellence

The Tobago Tourism Agency Limited (TTAL) will be embarking on a joint training initiative to encourage excellence in service delivery within the tourism industry via a two-day workshop (October 17-18th).

The training development workshop, titled ‘Heartfelt Guest Care to Welcome the World,’ is geared at tourism and hospitality professionals. The concept was created by Virgin Holidays while the event is being sponsored by TTAL, the Tobago Hotel and Tourism Association, and the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association Education Foundation.

“A key component of the marketing tactics identified by TTAL, following the rebranding of the destination, was to focus on the memorable moments created for guests with acts that go beyond ordinary into the extraordinary,” stated a TTAL media release.

The workshop also aims to enhance the interactions between service providers and guests.
