Chief Secretary-Tobago Hon Farley Augustine paid a visit to the Roxborough Police Youth Club Hydroponics Greenhouse on May 7th to see the Club’s programme first hand.

The crops grown at the greenhouse include chadon beni (culantro) and kale.
