The Trinidad Express newspaper held a ceremony for the Individual of the Year Awards 2021 on Tuesday (February 22nd) at the Scarborough Library. In December 2021, Tobago House of Assembly (THA) Chief Secretary Hon. Farley Augustine was announced as the Express Individual of the Year. The Express Individual of the Year Awards are held in recognition of those who made a significant contribution to the development of Trinidad and Tobago.
