Tobagonians came out for day 1 of CARIFESTA XIV. Cultural presentations are being held from August 19-21 at the Tobago Grand Market on the Esplanade in Scarborough. The day-time event features a variety of food, fashion and the arts over the three-day period and is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
