The Department of Settlements in the Tobago House of Assembly’s Division of Settlements, Urban Renewal and Public Utilities handed over seven townhouses to their new owners at the Homes of Adventure, Phase II, Plymouth in a distribution ceremony on Thursday (October 5, 2017).
