THA Chief Secretary and Secretary of Education, Innovation and Energy Kelvin Charles presented instruments of appointment to members of the new Tobago Hotel and Tourism Institute’s board of directors today (September 18, 2017).
The nine member board will serve from 2017 to 2018 and they are as follows:
