Eat and Support Local

The Division of Food Production, Forestry and Fisheries continues to host initiatives as part of a Community Awareness Programme in the ‘Eat Local Campaign’, to encourage the production of and support for local food products.

The Division recently hosted an ice-cream making workshop at the Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute (THTI), free of charge. THTI Baking and Culinary Lecturer, Kwesi Selvon, facilitated the session where participants made coconut, soursop and mango flavoured ice-cream.
