The Division of Infrastructure and Public Utilities (DIPU) oversees development projects that include bridge construction and widening, reconstruction of roads after major landslides, major road widening and reconstruction. The Division of Infrastructure and Public Utilities has also been involved in the construction of new buildings and refurbishing and reconstruction of old ones. The Division of Infrastructure and Public Utilities (DIPU) also works in co-ordination with - Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA), Telecommunications Service of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT), Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC), Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC), the Port Authority and the Airport Authority of Trinidad and Tobago. The Division sometimes financially facilitates and assists with service delivery of water, telephone, electricity, public transport, sea and air transport for the people of Tobago. MISSION:
