Launch of Pilot Artworks for a Marine Sculpture Park in Tobago
The Cropper Foundation held its launch of Pilot Artworks for a Marine Sculpture Park in Tobago, to be named 'Tobago Water Colours', at the Pigeon Point Heritage Park on Saturday 10th March 2018. The project was funded by the Inter-American Development Bank. The Marine Sculpture Park will be located in the Buccoo Reef Marine Park.
